supplies for this project including wreath form, ribbon and gluegun and cupcake liners.
  • Cut a 12" length of ribbon with scissors. Loop and glue the ribbon around the wreath base so as you start placing the cupcake liner flowers onto the wreath form you can place the florets over the ribbon. Gather the two ends of the ribbon on the top and tie in a knot.

  • To make the DIY cupcake liner flowers, simply pinch the base of each liner to gather the ruffled edges to create a little paper flower.
Note: I found it easiest to have several of the cupcake liner florets made before I started gluing.
With a hot glue gun add some glue to the outside of the wreath form and then place the pinched liner florets, puffy side facing out.

  • Continue to glue the florets around the outside edge, then move to the inside edge doing your best to keep the florets even. Once that is done, fill in the front of the wreath.
