Preheat oven to 400°. Line a rimmed baking dish with parchment paper.
Open can of crescent dough and place 1/2 of the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll with rolling pin.
Place brie in the center of the dough. Then spread Jam on top of the brie after add rosemary, cranberries and pecans.
Fold dough up to enclose cheese and filling, pleating dough to fit. Trim any excess pastry and press seams to seal. Transfer to baking pan.
in a bowl whisk egg with 1 teaspoon of water and brush outside of pastry with egg wash.
Press a few pecan halves into top of dough to decorate.
Bake until dough is golden brown, about 20 minutes. Let cool slightly. Serve with crackers, fresh figs and grapes, if desired.
